Mobile Mashups Wanted

Hey, mobile developers! We have extensive APIs and tons of Bay Area content with geolocation data in GPS-compatible form. We’ve got “when” search. Want to write a mobile app with up-to-the minute local content? We might be able to help. Want to write a cool mobile interface to our site? Sure, we’d like that, too.

    Hi!
We´ve developed a mobile mashup with an open API for developers. The app is called Locago and can be downloaded via get.locago.com in your mobile browser. You can also view a demo at www.locago.com. Once you create a free account you can access the api.

Locago is a mobile map mashup containg a map, navigation and adress lookup. The user can then choose to add content layers of their own choice upon the map. Personal maps with personal content!
We´ve already created som example content from start eg. Wikipedia, Flickr and now Zvents. The Zvents layer can of course be more advanced but it´s a start! Our wish is to engage publisher/developers to create their own layers upon the map in Locago.

We hope you like it! We would love to hear your comments!

    Best wishes
    Jonas
